Camden Mobley

Operations Director & Associate Planner and Designer

Born and raised in the Midwest, Camden always had a desire to work in the world of high end events. She moved to New York City for college, earning a BA in Marketing from the fashion school LIM College with a concentration in Event Planning. Camden worked in the Special Events department at Calvin Klein, planning and organizing runway shows, press previews and private dinners for some of the most elite fashion editors and models in the world. Camden also worked for the Council on Foreign Relations as an event coordinator for the Harold Pratt House, where she worked on high profile corporate events involving speakers such as Hilary Clinton, Governor Chris Christie and Richard Haas, as well as many beautiful weddings.

Ready for a new chapter, Camden moved to the bay area and joined the Downey Street Events team in 2015. As our Operations Director, Camden coordinates details and production for many of our largest and most complex weddings. She also participates in the planning and design of many of our other events, and as a lead planner herself designs and plans beautiful weddings and perfectly executed weddings for her own clients.

When she isn’t working on weddings, Camden spends her free time with near and dear friends. Whether she is heading up to wine country for a day of tasting, or spending an afternoon at the SF Moma, she is always out and about exploring the Bay Area. Although she lives in Cow Hollow, you will most often find her in Hayes Valley or the Mission trying hot restaurants, shopping at every new store, and exploring the neighborhood. She loves fashion, throwing parties, fine dining, interior design, and traveling to see friends and family when she can!
