Camden Mobley

Operations Director & Associate Planner and Designer

Born and raised in the Midwest, Camden always had a desire to work in the world of high end events. She moved to New York City for college, earning a BA in Marketing from the fashion school LIM College with a concentration in Event Planning. Camden worked in the Special Events department at Calvin Klein, planning and organizing runway shows, press previews and private dinners for some of the most elite fashion editors and models in the world. Camden also worked for the Council on Foreign Relations as an event coordinator for the Harold Pratt House, where she worked on high profile corporate events involving speakers such as Hilary Clinton, Governor Chris Christie and Richard Haas, as well as many beautiful weddings.

Ready for a new chapter, Camden moved to the bay area and joined the Downey Street Events team in 2015. As our Operations Director, Camden coordinates details and production for many of our largest and most complex weddings. She also participates in the planning and design of many of our other events, and as a lead planner herself designs and plans beautiful weddings and perfectly executed weddings for her own clients.

When she is not working on weddings, Camden loves getting lost in wedding design inspiration on Pinterest, taking day trips to explore new towns, checking out the Walnut Creek farmers market on Sundays, and wine tasting at Rombauer Vineyards in Napa. She loves shopping on Fillmore and Union Street when she is in San Francisco, and occasionally takes weekend trips to visit her younger sister in LA. She is a foodie, fashionista, and vino, with a passion for wedding design.
